PRICE AND RESERVATION POLICIES

The prices and the conditions could be subjected to increases or variations.
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.
The price does not include the tourist tax, which is defined as Euro 1,30.- per person per day for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 10 years are excluded.

Reduction for person in additional bed

Children up to 2 years: GRATIS
3rd person
from 2 to 5  years:   50%
from 6 to 11  years:  35%
from 12  years:    35%
4th person
from 2 to 5  years: 50%
from 6 to 11  years: 50%

PETS: Euro 12.- per day (food not included)

The room is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
For the hotel bill we prefer cash, we take bankomat and credit cards (only Visa or Mastercard)
In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show, late arrival, or sudden travel date changes, the entire amount of the hotel reservation can be charged.

Cancellation fee

In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay.

• until 7 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
• from 6 days to 1 day before arrival date: cancellation fee 100% of the deposit
• No-Show: 100% of the deposit will be charged

During the opening and closing period the hotel management reserves the right to book the reservation to one of our similar hotels with the same services and to the same price conditions.
